All necessary safety equipment and training is provided to its employees and operator licenses and qualifications are rigorously checked to ensure that standards are maintained.
Regular safety inspections are performed. Trained technicians are responsible for the regular servicing and maintenance of all plant and vehicles to ensure that they are safe for use and in good working order.
Sobuza Investments has its own depot and workshop as well as the capability to supply mobile workshop services.
Staff are briefed on all safety aspects of any project and are supplied with clothing and equipment to allow them to work safely.
At the same time, we make every effort to protect the environment by using clean fuel and disposing of an effluent in an environmentally conscious manner.
Quality is achieved by ongoing training and adherence to all industry standards.
